Dedicated to innovation and change in the real estate industry, the objective of this project is to describe the 5-years out consumer agency model based on advancing technologies, evolving sales transaction models and shifting buyer and seller expectations. Emphasis will be placed on the importance of the buyer, seller and agent relationship and the underlying selection criteria.
This is a perfect opportunity to gain first hand knowledge of how the real estate market is changing while working with an industry leader that is clearly investing in the future. The project will start in the fall and run through the winter and spring quarters. Students will earn 2-credit hours per quarter in addition to getting valuable client exposure that could lead to a summer internship and/or full-time employment in the real estate industry.
